We are pleased to announce that the EEM NL Hub has been formally established as an association “vereniging” according to Dutch law. The members of the EEM NL Hub have voiced a desire to set a high ambition level for the EEM NL Hub with a view to drive the future development of applicable regulation by actively participating in and contributing to European initiatives. By setting the ambition level for the EEM NL Hub at ‘establishing the leading Energy Efficient Mortgage Framework in Europe’ the EEM NL Hub aims to put itself in a position to contribute to future changes in regulation and build on the leading position of the Netherlands in terms of sustainability of the property stock and to ensure the green financing thereof.
